Chocolate Cloud Bread-Viral TikTok Bread (Gluten Free- High Protein- Low Calorie)

0 Preheat oven to 350°F. 
1 In a large bowl add the egg whites. Using a hand mixer, or kitchen stand mixer, whip on high speed for about 2 minutes or until foamy.
2 Now, add the sugar (or honey) one spoon at a time, the cacao powder, and starch. Whip for about 3-4 more minutes, or until stiff peaks form and holds up.
3 Pour and pile high on a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper. Smooth and shape into a round high loaf shape.
4 Bake for 25-26 minutes. Enjoy!
