Homemade BBQ Sauce is a necessity for your next cookout. You just need few ingredients, sprinkles of condiments, and a couple of minutes to prepare it. The perfect addition to grilled steaks, sausages, drumsticks, wings, and everything in between!
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Add all the vegetables to a large pan and cover them with an aluminum foil.
Place some olive oil on the aluminum foil, then add the cubed tomatoes, whole peeled garlic cloves, and jalapeños or Shishido peppers. Close the aluminum foil so that the juice of the tomatoes does not seep out.
Place in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove, then empty the cooked vegetables into a large bowl and mash using a potato masher.
Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, crushed red pepper (optional) and mix well.
